The Cleona Township Women's Club of Scott County was a Farm Bureau-sponsored club and was formed so area women could discuss aspects of rural, farm, and family life. Club meetings were a major social event for the women where they could work together and become involved in the community, socialize, and share common interests such as agricultural life, farm safety, sewing, cooking, and gardening.

The Cleona Township Women's Club records measure 4 linear inches and date from 1960 to 1989. They consist of two scrapbooks, which contain newspaper clippings, photographs, meeting programs, annual programs, correspondence, certificates, and other club memorabilia.
